Clear Terms, No Surprises
Travel & Expenses
- Remote-first by default — minimise travel costs
- Travel time billed at 50% of hourly rate (£75/hr), deducted from pack hours
- Expenses (accommodation, transport, meals) pre-approved up to £250 per visit
- Larger expenses require written approval before incurring
Onsite Working Day
- 09:00–17:00 local time
- Includes 1 hour unpaid lunch break
- Billable time: 7 hours per day
- Half-day: 4 billable hours (morning or afternoon)
Scheduling & Cancellations
- Delivery via pre-booked sessions agreed in advance
- Minimum 2 weeks notice for cancellation or rescheduling
- Urgent changes within 2 weeks — hours are deducted from pack
- Hours can be carried forward with written agreement if reschedules are mutual
Payment Terms
- 100% payment upfront before delivery begins
- 6-month pack validity from date of purchase
- Add-on hours: 10-hour top-up pack for £1,500 (£150/hr)
