Before founding Cedar Ridge, I spent 20+ years in Professional Services working with ERP platforms including Oracle, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics and Brightpearl — including as Senior Director of Professional Services for a FTSE 100 business, where I led delivery across hundreds of implementation projects, managed multi-vendor programmes, and built and scaled PS teams from the ground up.
Most ERP projects don’t fail because of the software. They fail because of poor leadership, unclear governance, disconnected teams, and organisations that weren’t prepared for the change.
Today, Cedar Ridge helps retailers and eCommerce businesses lead ERP and operational transformation projects from the client side, ensuring vendors, implementation partners and internal teams remain aligned throughout delivery.
Cedar Ridge is intentionally small. I’d rather lead fewer projects brilliantly than many projects averagely. Every client gets my full attention, honest opinion, and direct involvement throughout.
